Raw Material
Made from virgin high quality UV resistant HDPE material providing good strength, superior processing performance and excellent impact resistance.
Weight/Load Efficiency
A 1100l trash bins has a weight of 53 kg while its carrying capacity is 510 kg, in other words it carries a garbage load of approx. 10 times its weight.

COLOR
The standard bin color is green. However, customers have a wide variety of lid colors to choose from, to indicate the type of waste the bin carries. Separating different waste streams at source (also called source separation) plays a crucial role in facilitating waste collection, reuse & recycling, as well as applying sustainable solid waste management practices.

ROBUSTNESS
High durability & stress resistance given the careful design and reinforced body construction, particularly at the front and rear edges.
FLAT LID & PEDAL OPTION
A robust flat lid is responsible for easy opening & handling using a hinge mechanism
An additional foot pedal could be added, as per customer’s request, to facilitate opening operation without direct hand contact with the bin
BIN EMPTYING
The flat lid allows for front, rear and side emptying using comb and trunnion retainers. They do not require a lid opener.
WHEELS
Fitted with four swivel wheels with solid rubber tires & reinforced wheel housing, facilitating container movement and handling.
Two of the wheels have foot operated brakes to control bin movement and avoid bin sliding away when standing on a slope
Handles & Trunnions
Four ergonomic handles are provided on the side of the bin container. Also equipped with plastic side lifting trunnions with a reinforced metal pipe, suited for mechanical lifting by bin lifters or trunnion lift equipment
