Design
Alligator Light EU Pallets have an open structure to allow for high stacking and promote space efficiency. They are designed to facilitate warehouse storage and reduce freight/ shipping costs. Their design is compatible with four-way forklifts, enabling customers to save time and overheads.
Material
Alligator Pallets are made of high quality UV resistant virgin HDPE to endure diverse loads and provide excellent impact resistance, insuring a long life cycle. HDPE is a highly developed thermoplastic material, allowing for perfect molding to fit individual requirements. It is resistant to acids, bases and chemicals, and remains stable in temperatures between -40°C to +70 °C.
Adherence to International Standards
Alligator Pallets are locally manufactured in accordance to ISO 9001 and complying with EU standards DIN EN840, insuring safety of usage and high quality material endurance. They are also referred to as EURO pallets as their size is recommended by the European Trade Institute as standard for the EU industry.
Long Service Life
The material endures deep freezing and heat, ranging from -40°C to +70 °C. It is resilient to decay, rot, insects, and moisture, making the product more durable than hardwood.
Weight/Load Efficiency
Alligator Lightweight EU-Pallet has a weight of 8,70 kg with a static load of 1200 kg and a dynamic load of 500 kg. In other words, it carries a static load 137 times its weight and a dynamic load 137 times its weight.
Cost Efficiency
Due to the stackable design, Alligator Pallets have a high storage capacity (19 Alligator Pallets = 1m height), facilitating easy warehouse storage, and saving space while reducing freight and shipping costs.
Hygiene
The ventilated open structure of the pallets facilitates sanitization, in addition to the resilience of the HDPE material to rot and moisture, making them ideal for the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. Plastic pallets are exempt by inspection for biosafety and phytosanitary concerns, avoiding quarantine shipment charges and saving our customers time.
